Data We Collect: The Essential Few
PlayVero operates on a principle of data minimization. We do not harvest user data for advertising or resale. Our collection is strictly functional—focused on enabling cross-platform play, debugging technical issues, and complying with regional regulations. Below is the breakdown of what is collected, why, and how it's secured.
Account & Identity Data
Email address (for login/verification), username, and profile preferences. Processed to authenticate your access to PlayVero services and save your settings across devices.
Technical & Performance Data
Device identifiers, OS version, and hardware specifications (GPU, CPU). Collected automatically to help developers optimize games for your specific setup and to diagnose crashes or bugs.
Interaction Metrics
Anonymized in-game stats (e.g., completion rates, feature usage). This data helps developers understand player engagement without identifying individuals. All aggregated data is fully anonymized before analysis.
Processing Justification
Under the GDPR (and similar frameworks), every piece of personal data processing must have a "lawful basis." PlayVero does not rely on broad consent for core functionality. Instead, we tie processing to specific, justifiable needs.
Contract
Processing login credentials, saving game progress, and enabling multiplayer connections is necessary to fulfill our contractual agreement to provide the PlayVero service.
Legitimate Interest
Analyzing anonymized performance data to help developers improve game stability and experience. This interest does not override your rights to privacy.
Legal Obligation
Processing limited data for tax, invoicing, or regulatory compliance as required by Turkish law and international regulations where we operate.

You are not a data point. These are your legally protected rights, and how we operationalize them.
Right to Access
Request a copy of all personal data we hold about you. We will provide it in a structured, commonly used format within 30 days.
Right to Rectification
Correct inaccurate data. You can update your email, username, or preferences directly in your PlayVero account dashboard at any time.
Right to Erasure
Request deletion of your personal data, subject to legal and operational retention requirements (e.g., transaction records).
Right to Restrict
Temporarily halt processing while we verify an erasure request or contest data accuracy.
Right to Object
Object to processing based on legitimate interest. We will reassess, but may retain data for core service delivery.
Data Portability
Receive your data in a machine-readable format (JSON) to transfer to another service, where technically feasible.
Exercise Your Rights
To submit a request, please email our Data Protection Officer. We will respond within one business week and will require verification of your identity.

Essential Third Parties
PlayVero relies on specialized service providers for infrastructure, security, and analytics. We only share the minimum data necessary and mandate strict GDPR-compliant Data Processing Agreements (DPAs).
