Trade-off Scanner
Every engagement balances these tensions. Understanding them helps us scope reality.
Scope vs. Timeline
Pushing for more features within a fixed deadline risks quality degradation.
Mitigation: We propose a phased MVP approach, delivering core mechanics first.
Depth vs. Onboarding
Complex systems increase engagement but raise the learning curve.
Mitigation: We integrate contextual tutorials and progressive disclosure patterns.
Fidelity vs. Performance
High-end visuals can cripple performance on target hardware.
Mitigation: We establish hardware baselines early and test on the weakest link.
Common Request Pitfalls
"Build an app like X."
Lacks your unique value proposition. We need the "why," not just the "what."
"Unlimited budget, just do it."
Without constraints, we cannot prioritize. We need your roadmap to guide our effort.
".zip file attached."
We do not execute code from unknown sources. Use PDF or a secure Notion link.
"No deadline, flexible."
Projects without a fixed date tend to lose focus and budget. We need a target.

Questions Investors Should Ask
1. What is your operational runway?
We structure projects with clear milestones and payment terms. Our pipeline is visible to partners, ensuring no project starts without dedicated resource allocation.
2. How do you handle IP?
Upon final payment, all custom code and assets transfer to the client. We retain the right to display work in our portfolio unless under strict NDA.
3. What's the team's load factor?
We avoid overcommitment. A typical 6-month project occupies 2-3 core specialists. We will decline if our pipeline is >85% saturated.
4. How do you de-risk?
We start with a paid discovery phase (2 weeks) to validate the core premise before committing to a full build.
5. What platforms do you target?
We primarily target PC (Steam, Epic) and mobile (iOS/Android). Console support (Switch, PS5) requires explicit engine compatibility review.
6. Do you provide post-launch support?
We offer retainers for bug-fixing and optimization. Major feature updates require a new scope and proposal.
